It was on 2002 when I gave money to some one I trust for business, that was an order I place with him, at the time the order surposed to be ready it was not, I later called him he gave me some excuses but right after my call he started avoiding me, till now that money is not yet refunded, I've talk to his wife so many times she told she doesn't have any thing to say or to do about it and I've gone to police without any good outcome, so how would you handle such an issue, this has affect my family and business condition.

if you have all the documents , file a case in court. that will make this person face you and maybe settle his obligations.

Sorry to hear that someone had betrayed you. I have not ever been beytrayed but I can sure imagine how painful it most be to be betrayed and especail if the person was close to you. I have had a friend who was betrayed by his own uncle. What happend was the uncle asked my friend for some money because he was planing on investing in a house. However once my friend gave the money his uncle had taken the money and moved to china and since then has never contacted my friend. Its sad.
