My best discovery for washing dishes!

I have never liked washing dishes. Washing them in a sink is horrible, all the left over stuff goes in the water and makes it gross. In order to get the water really hot you have to wear rubber gloves, which are annoying and hard to work in. The dishwasher leaves residue on the dishes that it actually gets clean - you have to rinse them first and scrub anything baked on. One day, while shopping at the grocery store - I saw it! Made by Quickie, its a sponge with a handle that is hollow for dish soap! The "cap" of the tube is a base that makes it stand upright, thus avoiding the leaving of the sponge on the counter to grow bacteria. I bought it, and have brought it as a housewarming present everywhere I go! You turn on the hot, hot water and let it run lightly (which you have to do to rinse your dishes anyway!) and wash the dish with the sponge, which uses very little soap - you really only need a drop per dish - and rinse. Voila! No residue, no lukewarm water with stuff in it and a much more efficient way to wash dishes! I love it!
