Staying in front of your computer

I am just wondering if how long you guys can stay facing your computer monitors. What is the longest hours you have done so far?

I am at my computer over 10 hours a day. I own a site called Club Indosat Web Community that I am always updating. It is a my space style website. I do play on other sites and I love to download music and videos. God do I love my 12 meg internet connection in my home. HeHeHe Just incase you want the url it is at www.clubindosat.com and cyberstar is my uid on my site.

Well as my site is free for everyone, I really don't see it as a business. I just wanted to start something where I know people have a safe fun place to hang out on the net. I love to meet new people, and my site gives me a great chance to do just that. Thanks btw about checking out my site when you have a chance. Everyone is welcome. i can stay in front of my computer for hours. since i often have a lot of assignments and seminars to do. and i always postpone the work till the last day, so sometimes i can be in front of the computer and typing for more than 10 hours a day.

yeah that includes breaks too.. i am not insane jet :D. yes i have noticed them... at first it was just one post so i figured it that it is just something wrong with me because i did not understand it :D

I don't spend much time in computer, probably 4 hours are the most. I get quite dizzy if I spent much time there. But I turn on my computer more than 10 hours, just to get listening to music. I like to listening to music on my computer, where I did some reading or maybe even cooking :).

wow, how i wish i could do that very short hours of exposure to monitor radiation. now what i do is take lots of rest in between hours of using my computer related works - just to divert my eyes focus and take a look at something refreshing like green colored things around me.

Hi dimaks, In the part of my job I usually 2-3hrs sit in front of the computer. In my home I usually 3-4hrs sit in front of the computer surfing internet using chatting with my friends.

hi there! thanks for posting. i think it really makes a difference on how one is being exposed to computers. for some that are into full time job involving computing task, there is a high tendency to get exposed longer.

oh man... Years ago i was so addicted to computer games that i would run to the computer shops, rain or shine, and compete against the other players. Longest i did was about 12 hours which included a short break .

i remember those days too.. when i had to take a nap on my desk, then proceed to gaming again. those were the days really and yes, i still got 20/20 vision til now.
