I believe that friendship is essentail to any relationship. Parties must be friends in order to maintain good working relationships.

Friendship is a strange word.. I don't even understand its meaning at times.. friends, good friends, bad friends, best friends, fair weather friends.. lol
But one thing I know is that you very rarely find friends who are selfless and who give you an honest opinion, and are not afraid to support you when you are down. We should never let such friends go away...

Having good and great friends is a blessing. Everyone cannot get into such a situation. It helps a lot. He is not only a friend, he will be philosopher and guide. He many a times plays a sheet anchor role in one's life.
