Why won't they pay me? Anybody know?

I recently requested payment from two ptc sites. Itpayus is one that I have been a member of for a really long time and have never had an issue, but the last time I requested payment I got nadda! It shows on their web that I was paid? Happybizs is a new one, reached my first payment and requested payout same deal. Anyone at mylot belong to either of these and having any issues or good results?
