Best speed EV place

Hey guys... so i was training my weavile for speed at the lost tower(zubats). I need a better place to speedEV train my lvl25 weavile, that place has too many gastlys. Thanks.

the best way of getting fast xp is to give your pokemon to the daycare because when you put him there every step that you do its 1xp for your pokemon!!!

train on spiritomb. first get some magical key thing. then talk to 800 people underground.then use the magic key thingy on some spooky house thingy then u fisgh spirit bomb lvl 100.(gives u same amount of xp as a lvl 100 butt cant attack and is allways 1 hit kill!)
