To all smokers out there...

I have been smoking for 10 years now and I would really really want to quit for my health of course. However, I know that I can't quit right now because if I do, I'll probably go back in a few months. I wanna make sure that when I quit, I will quit for good. I plan to quit at the age of 30, that's approximately 2 years from now. To all who have quit out there, how did you do it. What kind of techniques did you use in order for you to kick the habit? Also, to those who plan to quit, what age do you plan to quit?

I don't plan to quit but I plan to limit it. Sometimes smoking is really just inevitable especially if you have developed a habit of it...
