Do you judge other people?

I try not to judge others until I've met them or talked to them a few times. Often whatever my first impression was of them in the beginning was turns out to be true, but I still give them a chance.

I take people's inventory. If their behavior is positive and they have good consequences from that behavior, I may mimic that behavior myself. If it's the other way around I know not to do that because I've seen the result of my friend doing it. We can learn from the mistakes of others. To me than's not judging, it's taking their inventory.

I think everyone is judgemental to a point, as is human nature. I try to be aware of it and give people the benefit of the doubt.

It's so hard to not judge others sometimes, but I always try to remember that there is so much in me that could be judged too. You know the old saying about people in glass houses who shouldn't throw stones? I think it's a much more peaceful, pleasant experience if you can be at peace with others instead of judging.
