a short cut to English?

At present, almost every Chinese student have to learn English, which has became a basic subject in grade school, middle school..or even university. May be for the future career or high salary. I have no alternative. But open mouth and speak fluently, no any barrier is still a big problem for most.
I just want to know, do the Korean friends or other friend also think it is hard to learn?
Do you have a short cut?

Also I hope there is a short cut. But to my knowledge, there isn't any short cut for study.
