you know this is about food and knowing the taste of customers count a lot. if you know what most people in your neighbourhood like to eat as they're the first to know and may invite friends. good luck.

Hi, I hope it is better to check out the location and people attitude about the consumption pattern just go for a survey and then put up the product that most people like to have. It is better to consult a good marketing expert in this. Hope your business will go better.

i dunno much about running a business but i do know something about customer behavior..that is, since i'm one.. at first its about the ambiance of a place..if it looks inviting then that would be a possible choice to get a customer..the next one is the smell of the place..if it smells like you're cooking good food then its another plus.. another one is how the food looks like and along with it is the serving..i mean, i want more value for my money..so i want big servings..like when i order something, i want the feeling that after i eat i'm really full and satisfied.. so even if you price high, if the food is in its best quality, people will surely bite into it..^_^
