Are you doing every day self introspection.

Every human being should review at the end of each day or early the next day through self introspection of things did right, things done wrong. Self introspection is nothing but replaying mental video picture of events, being objective, almost tending to be self critical and reviewing the entire day, including non-work time. Such self-reviewing will help you to plan course of corrections on areas you think need such correction. In other words, such correction will help you to understand yourself better and also give you an idea as how you should react/behave in a perfect manner in a given situation or circumstances.

It is also necessary to understand our weaknesses and strengths so that we can improve ourselves. The idea of meditation includes the concept of introspection and it is best practiced early in the morning when we confess all our mistakes before God and start a new day with good resolutions.

I have heard of such as it makes one more conscious and mindful of one's action. On the contrary, I "reflect" on what I have to do the next day. At least I can start the day with some focus.
