What is your favorite puerto rican food?

I am puerto rican that lives in USA since about 7 years and I miss my food, of course. But I miss more my favorite "mofongo con carne frita" (fried-mashed plantain filled with fried pork meat)and garlic, uummm! Also, the rice and beans that my mother use to cook. What is your favorite puerto rican food?
