What is your favorite puerto rican food?

I am puerto rican that lives in US since 7 years ago. I miss my food, of course. But the more I missed is my favorite "mofongo con carne frita" (fried-mashed plantain filled with fried pork meat) and a lot of garlic, ummmmm! I loved with shrimp too. Also, I missed the rice and beans, pasteles and "arroz con gandules" my mother use to cook... What is your favorite puerto rican food?

Love mofongo with lobster. So delicious! Just had some again 3 weeks ago when I visited my in-laws in Puerto Rico. We stopped at a restaurant by the beach in Cabo Rojo area. Wonderful!
