Why Senator TRILLANES got the # 11 position in senatorial race?

obviously i was not among them because i was not able to cast a vote in the past election. but from my own understanding, people now a days can be successful in the future exercises if they make prior scenes in the masses.. scenes that involves people, principles and rights. more importantly, on the issue of governance and politics. if they can get the people's pulse on those areas of concerns, then they have the big potential to be remembered. just look back what happened then, and then after it :)
