That depends on how you look at your internet business. Do you think of it as a way to earn a little extra money? Then it might not be worth while to risk your dimes. Or do you think of it as a business you may invest in, then it could be justified to take the risk. But I wouldn't do the latter without being sure that I don't lament the amount spent when it fails to bring results.

For me I'll rather pay my downline than o pay the admin. The admin holds all the database and control of the board, can you trust him/her? maybe. But for me, I'll pay directly to my downline so they benefit immediately after joining and I pays less and at the same time a bigger percentage that the downline will do their job, cause I can follow up.
