another first

my daughter went to one of her little friends birthday party today. she is 4 and it was the first time i droped her off at a party. it was so cute when i picked her up and she was all excited and telling me about what a good time she had. i love watching kids grow up and the excitement of new things

I can't imagine how excited she was and how happy..I so love to see those happy faces of kids and the look in thier eyes..sparkling..and words rushing forth from thier lips.. Hugs to your daughter!

It sounds like she had a great time. I always found that my kids loved going to their friends parties. We, as parents, worry when we arent there, but it is great that we can let them do it. Best wishes to you, pop

I don't know that I'll ever be able to drop my son off at a birthday party. I think it'll be more comfortable all around for me to hang out, just in case he has an issue. But I do look forward to him going to his first birthday party.
