exercise is good, are you willing to exercise?

Daily exercise is important for your good health, fitness and appearance. Exercise makes you feel good. It helps you think better. Believe it or not, it helps you sleep better and feel less tired and more relaxed. Once you start exercising regularly, you will feel stronger and get better and better physical activities. All most all kinds of activity that move the body around. Bicycling, dancing, skating, swimming, running, roller blading and playing soccer are few ways to exercise and have fun at same time.

yes exercise is very good to our health, we need at least 30 mins up to 1 hour exercise every day. we need some exercises in order to be physically fit and mentally alert. I walked at least 1 hour a day. Dring plenty of water at least 8 glasses of water. what about you?

How ironic for me to say, I will exercise if only I have the energy to exercise. Seriously, I do want to exercise but I don't have the time and at the end of the day I am just so tired from work that I don't have energy to go to the gym. I used to do boxing last year, and I was really on the right weight at that time. Now, a little bit heavier but BMI is still okay.
