I am curious to find out if there are any other amatuer radio operators (ham) I am one and am very disappointed in the quality it is being dropped to just about anybody can get a license now so I am interested in finding out what others think,glad to hear from those who are and those who are not you should think about it,it is a really good hobby and when all other communication fails there will always be amatuer radio to get the message through.Amatuer radio operators are used in a multiple of ways such as emergencies like when Katrina hit they used us to get messages to and from family members and other ways.
