I leave my phone on 24-7, not because I want to be reached, or need to be reached but because I don't want to forget to turn it on in the morning, and also because I use the alarm clock feature inside my cellphone, to wake me up in the mornings.

Mine is only on 12 hours only because I don't have the luxury of bills pay by boss. Everything is out from my own pocket.

Yes, when I am in Singapore and working. I leave my handphone ON 24/7. So I am contactable by the company, parent and parent-in-law and friends. My boss pays S$80 dollars monthly for my mobile and anything more than that will be bear by myself. I find it is ok as my colleague in another countries probably may need to contact me urgently at times. They are pretty nice as they will not call me unnecessary.

Hello 1qazxsw2, Mine is on 24/7 too. There is a different time zone for me and my husband and he always call or sms me late at night especially after midnight. I don't want to miss the call and so I let my hand phone on for 24 hours a day. I have two hand phones in fact *smiles* One is for my personal use and another one for my work purpose. I don't like my boss to know my personal number so I gave him another number to call. (It is easier to detect his number if he calls and I don't want to pick up the call) LOL!
