Is it bad to jog everyday?

i jog almost everyday and each jogging session lasts for 30-45min. is it bad?

Jogging a little bit everyday most likely can't hurt. Like someone else said it all depends on your age most importantly. If you are older you may want to consider low impact workouts. You have to take care of your bones as you get older because unfortunately they get weaker. If you are young then you don't have much to worry about. Just take care of yourself, and getting a little exercise for your body is great.

hey annabanana85!I jog almost everyday too and each jogging session lasts up to 1 hour.It builds muscles on your calves.Sometimes it looks muscular for a girl but it is still exercise.I don't think it's bad.

We are being encouraged to exercise daily so, I dont think there is something wrong if we jog everyday. In fact, it will help us stay healthier if we would do it daily.The only caution is that if we do not know how to handle our feet after jogging. WE should also be careful about doing stuffs like wetting them after jogging.

how old are you? jogging or any form of exercise is good for the body. an hour a day of exercise is recommended for good health.

No of course not, jogging is very good for a person it exercise is the best thing for one person.. I wish i could go and be more active instead of sitting around the way I do.. I do keep myself busy though that's for sure.. Every tiny bit helps.. But no keep jogging it's great for your heart!!
