Hey there Bajane. :) I haven't tried Glutathione myself, but I have a friend who has tried it and it has worked well for him. And that friend told me that glutatione is actually and antioxidant that cleanses the liver. When the liver becomes cleaned(well at least improved state), the skin also clears becomes smooth and clean looking. Which means, glutatione's main objective is cleaning the liver, and getting a clear and healthy skin is only one of its secondary effects. I don't know how true all his claims are, but I think it shows in his skin, and I presume that heis liver is ok. :)

yes, your friend is right. It's an anti-oxidant and it's safe to use. It needs vitamin C, though to make it work. But I've heard there's an injection form nowadays that does the whitening effect at a faster rate.

Glutathione definiteyly works. I have a seen the results in many people. And yes you can take it by injection but the effects don't last as long as giving your body the building blocks it needs to make it's own glutathione(GSH). Every cell in your body needs GSH to be healthy and each cell manufactures it's own supply. The higher your GSH levels the stronger your immune system. Most often people who are suffering from ANY disease have low GSH levels. Also as we age our GSH levels naturally decrease, so it not only promotes overall good health but also helps in living longer and healthier. It is crucial to maintain a high level of this highly necessary anti-oxidant in our systems if we are truly serious about getting and/or staying healthy. I will never stop taking my Immunocal(HMS 90 in Canada)!! I know what a difference it has made for me. :o)

Yes gluthatione works. I tried it my self, you have to take it everyday. How many, depends on the brand you are taking and depends on your body weight. Also you have to be atleast 18 years old to take gluthathione. Gluthathione is really a medicine fro cancer patiens base on the articles in the internet. And whitening the skin is a side effect. The effect depends on your skin tone. If you have a dark skin, ofcourse it will take atlest 6 months to year to see the effect. For me I have a brown skin lol a filipino skin, after a month of taking glutha, my skin lightens up. Though its not white as the american skin. I can say it improves. In addition when you take gluthathione, after you reach your desired white skin, you still have to take glutha once in a while to maintain your skin color. Otherwise it will go back to your original skin color. In taking glutha, you must be healthy meaning you are not taking any medications for hearth ailment or for diabetes and other health problems. You also need to take glutha together with the vitamin C.
