when do you get your own computer?

i'll get my laptop soon in this summer holiday.my parents promised me one on my birthday.i' deadly excited for it.they agree to buy me one just because i say need it on my study.and so is the fact.coputers has become part of our life right now.especially at home,it's the best source of information for us.
