Please tell me when did JESUS CHRIST is born? Would you agree that he is born on September 22 and not December 25?

It's really not important when He was born, just that He WAS born and we set a time to celebrate that.

I have to agree with springlady here why get caught up in useless info like when he was born people argue over it constantly when they should be putting his words into practice instead of debating over information that wasnt outlined to remember.

I think you are on the wrong side of the coin. Please find it useful to write the correct and/or truthful history account including the birth of our SAVIOUR. How would we say it is truthful even if we missed just 1% of our faith. There is a famous chinese proverb 'Even a single grain could tip the scale'. Please correct yourself.

We have to find out when the Emperor Augustus took the census, also when it was done in Bethlehem which will give the exact date. This will mean someone has to go and look through any official documents that had not been destroyed. We also have to know, when the innocents were killed in Bethlehem and search through any Jewish historical documents and go back from the latter about three to four months. We also have to find out when shepherds can stay out with their sheep in the fields. It could be that Jesus was born in winter, but it could have been anytime between Decenber and March. The year was probably 4 BC. But as for the exact date, it really does not matter.

It does matter to us. I beg you to change your notion. Please take this pill of logic. Your birthday son was born on July 7, 2007, would you celebrate his 1st birthday on July 1, 2008? How would you feel if your that child and being fooled by the authority (parent)? What if he has a sane mind (an age of 18) who can reason out?

In the first three centuries Jesus's birthday was not celebrated in December. There are various theories as to the date of his birthday but it was not in the winter. When the Roman Emperor Constantin decided that he and his nation should convert to Christianity the Christians had to make certain concessions. One of them was the date of Christmas. The pagan celebrated winter solstice around that time and there was another very popular Roman holiday on December 25, so it was decided to celebrate Christmas on that day. Who made that law? Who made the census? Who wrote History? Who wrote our scriptures - bible today? You see converting a pagan to a christian, especially a powerful Emperor to be christian due to the cry of an arian bishop and/or lossing respect from the people due to wrong belief. Do you smell something fishy? Where the Romans so sincere about their intention? Writing a history of their enemy? Victors do not write the lossers history? The lossers never have a chance to write or record history. If at all recorded, it would be scrutinized by the vitors. Ok, here please find also that JESUS is born under the KING OF HEAVEN royal lineage and of ROYAL BLOOD because he is in the lineage too of JESSE - DAVID - SOLOMON, one of the 12 tribes of ISRAEL. Any ticker on this... The holy month of atonement for a jewish royal blood line is the month of December. Take this ticker too... GOD loved the people of Israel. Did HE (GOD) set the rules for them? If JESUS was the SON of GOD, will GOD send JESUS to earth not following the laws GOD had set for Israel?

I always heard that his true birthday was sometime in October? Because that was when the Romans used to conduct their census. It would be a sensible time, because not at the height of summer when it would be very hot for people to travel, and just after harvest was over so they wouldn't be needed working in the fields. I don't know what the weather is like in Palestine in December but I imagine it is somewhat colder and food would be more scarce, so you would not want people travelling then.
