is government alone should be blame for bad infrastructure,corruption etc in india???

Politicians, people, Government all are to be blamed for corruption. Politicians are elected by us. So to some extent the politicians' mistake falls on people only. Government should be strict in supervising that the work at Government offices should be done fast, without any hastles.
