In your experience what is the best way to stick with a weight loss plan. I know my plan is good, I have worked with my doctor and a nutritionist, but I just am not doing well at sticking with it. I seem to find a reason everyday to break it. Do you have a weight loss buddy and has that worked for you? I have thought about trying to find one, or I have thought about joining a gym. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

1. Make achievable plans. 2. Define your goals. 3. Reward yourself for say, every exercise you accomplish and punish yourself for overeating, for instance. 4. Eat out or go jogging with a friend. 5. Signing up for the gym is a good idea, too, but make sure that you are going to show up. The fact that you're paying for it might motivate you.

Thank you for your suggestions. I'm hoping that paying for a gym membership would guilt me into going regularly and also that a trained proffessional would also be able to help me get on the right track.
