To go white water rafting or not to go white water rafting..

Ok here's my dilema. My b/f wants to take me white water rafting I have this issue that unless I can drive it I ain't doing it. I'm terrified about doing this and have expressed in many ways that I have no intention of going due to the fact that ohiopyle has a sign that say 19 people have died while white water rafting. I'm terrified that I'll make it an even number. I just have tried to explain that to him in every way that I have no intention of doing this but, I have agreed that I would go out and horsback ride and hike but no more no less. The real big thing that he misses and should know is that I have panic attacks Just thinking about going white water rafting makes me start to get upset. I don't know what to do, I explained my fear of it and the medical side of it. he just ain't listening any suggestions?
