We spell it differently in Australia - Szechwan - and I LOVE the spicy flavours of Szechwan food. I love the hot - chilli and crushed red pepper - and sweet flavour blends. My faves are Szechwan Chilli Beef with Ho Fun Noodles or Szechwan Chilli Chicken.

Oh,that my favorite food!I like spicy food the most! And my grandmother was from chengdu,so I can eat my favorite food everyday! By the way,Hunan food is good,too.Also very spicy!

i'm living in chongqing now,so i can eat sichuan food everyday,my favorit food is hot-pot,it's decilious,you can see so many people eating during summer though the weather is very hot.
