I dont like the colored orange but when it comes to an oranges which is the fruit, I like or love to eat this kind of fruit because it has many vitamins you get like,Orange one medium orange contains 1 gram of protein and 3 grams of dietary fiber. Potassium - 237 mg Calcium - 52 mg Phosphorus - 18 mg Magnesium - 13 mg Selenium - .65 mg D oyou love to eat this fruit or not,if not why? Also contains trace amounts of iron, zinc, manganese and copper. Vitamin A - 269 IU Vitamin C - 70 mg Folate (important during pregnancy) - 40 mcg Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - .1 mg Pantothenic Acid - .33 mg

thanks for the info. also really like the flower you posted. i dont' really like oranges as a favourite fruit but i quite like orange juice. although most of that is artificially sweetened. another great fruit is banana - apparently relieves stress and is good as an anti-depressant.
