Do you have nightmears? I have been having this nightmear for 13 years that I am being buried alive!! I usally happens just before someone I know dies or just after their funeral. It is driving me crazy at this point. I went to the doctors about it and he said it is how I grieve. But did not tell me how to stop them from happening. How about you do you have nightmears? How do you stop them? hugs
