Do you take a little time, everyday, every week for yourself? Do ou just do wat ou want during these times? I feel it is important to take sometime just to get myself back together. personally my quiet time is in the tub, with a book and I soak away all the problems for awhile...How do you spend your alone time?

I get up at 4:00 a.m. every day so I can have some time for myself. I end up with about an hour before I have to start waking people up for the day, so I get the chance to sip my coffee and play on the computer. If I oversleep and don't get my quiet time my entire day is off-center. Alone time is very important, especially if a person is surrounded by the demands of other people all day long. Good topic!

I go for a 4 km walk for 30 minutes and another 30 minutes I meditate. This is purely my time and during this period no one disturbs me.

This is done everyday. AFter 40 everyone should exercise to keep the body and mind in once piece. I go for walk at 6 a.m. and back by 7 a.m. If I find time in the evening, I do static cycling.

My quiet time is upon waking up. I read a devotional and cross-reference it with the Bible and jot down my ponderings in my journal. During instances when I have to 'wait for the time,' I solve sudoku or wordsearch puzzles while listening to music. I also do a lot of walking and running alone but I'm not a loner. One thing that I miss doing alone is going to the spa. I haven't done it in a very long time. :)

thanks, kitty... i personally believe that nothing can be more perfect in putting oneself back together than thinking of The-One-Who-is-ALWAYS-There and doesn't really leave us alone, especially in times when we feel so burned out, stressed out, or just plainly physically tired. :)

Well, thanks for the good topic here. Well, I do need some time alone here, since I quite need some time to think everything over and do some correction or something:) Well, I would spend the time sitting in the front of the balcony, having a cup of tea on hand:) Andy
