Rumy Speaks but his memory is clouded

Our former Secretary of Defense spoke on Capital Hill about the Tillman debacle. He said his memory was clouded and he didn't remember details. Didn't we just hear that song from the Atty. General? Are all the people in Washington having memory lapses?
