I can say siple Answer . There is few teams that can make it and they are all 29 but biggest procents is For Pheonix Suns , San Antonio Spurs , Denver Nuggets , Detroit pistons , and Mavericks with miami .

i think that the mavericks will bring home the bacon this 2007, they come short last playoffs due to the fact that o'neal crushed them, but o'neal is not in it's best fit to defend miami so i think that they have a great chance of getting a shot at the championship.
