is God really responding on our prayers?

i dont wanna give doubt on his love for me.. but he rarely listen to my prayers.. or maybe i just thought he's not listening but he actually is.. im confused.. its quite some time now since the last prayer i think he have listened to.. everyday i go off to sleep and when i wake up in the morning i alwasy pray for happiness and strength for my boyfriend and i, more often than not i also pray for guidance and giving thanks for the blessings he's giving us though we're quite in a family calamity thing.. but things arent going well.. im praying hard that God will soon realize how im devoted and soon listen too my prayers.. though im such an idiot often times, im still thankful for the things he had given me.. hoping he's still up there listening and guiding me..
