How rude some people can be!

I put up signs for lawn service over at our club house around 9:am and run to the bank. I then stopped by the club house to check on my signs and they was gone. It was only a half hour later. I called the office and asked them if the rules have changed about placing flyers around the club house and I was told that it is ok to put them up. I do know that a lawn service was working here in our community and I think they are the ones that took my signs down. No one seen them do it. I then took my car and back it in to a parking space near where my new signs are and placed my video cam hidden in the back window to see how is taking my signs down. I dont know what else to do about this.
