I had such a problem already a few times. I always bought capsule Revalid. It always helped me fast. It is super. It is made in Hungary but the receipt is from Switzerland. I suppose it is available in your country too, maybe the name is something else....

I use it when I want my hair to be stronger, and shinier. It is not a medicine.

i heard about revalid, but i think it has to be used in cases more difficult. i don't loose my hair that hard. i think i need some products made of plants, like a hair mask, or a shampoo... i dunno

i have a friend who goes through this..but from the sounds of it she loses considerably more than you (she'll lose so much during stressful moments that she ends up with bald patches)...Other than trying to DE-stress I'm not exactly sure what she does about it but when I talk to her tomorrow I'll be sure to ask her and see if she can offer up any solutions or ideas for you....

I'm sorry adina! I would suggest going to your hairdresser and letting him/her work with it. Plus, try to relax!

Trying to relax will help you feel better but doubtfully will have any immediate effect on your hair. You can try using some extra conditioner to tame down the ends, just be sure not to get large amounts of conditioner on your roots. Vitamins and plenty of fluids may also help some. And lastly you might just need to wear your hair in a style that keeps the majority of it close to your head until things settle down. I always prefer ed two french braids when my hair acted up like this.
