Girls, anything to add to the list?
Guys, your version?
* A guy who can be a lover and a friend.
*A guy who open doors for you in restaurants, malls or even the car's door.
* A guy who'll let you wear his jacket even when he's freezing.
* A guy who never forgets to tell you that you're pretty (even if you know you're not really pretty, but at least for him you are pretty).
* A guy who'll give you his last piece of cake and last bite of his burger.
* A guy who notices everything in you, from your scent to your hair and newly buffed nails.
* A guy who'll pick you up after school or work even if he is miles away and drive you home just to make sure you'll safely get home.
* A guy who is fastidious, just like us girls. He fusses about his clothes, what scent to wear, and just how he'll look when you're going out together, so you know he wants to look good for you.
* A guy who'll dedicate every love song to you and sing them for you even if he can't carry a tune. (You know he's a terrible singer, but don't you just love it when he sings for you?)
* A guy who'll text/call you first.
* A guy who always texts/calls back.
* A guy who'll call you often.
* A guy who calls after hanging up just to say he misses you already and he just can't help but to call you again.
* A guy who'll love you more.
* A guy who'll respect and love your family even if they're mean to your guy. Well, not really mean; they're just trying to decode your guy.
* A guy who'll treat you right and respect you as well.
* A guy who is sensitive enough to feel you're hurt.
* A guy who knows what can make you cry but will never let those tears fall from your eyes.
* A guy who knows what's best for you and gives you what you deserve.

dont mind me saying this ... but aren't you asking too much from a guy ... i guess a guy would really be a guy if:
1. he loves bikes and cars
2. he likes to dominate
3. he loves videogames
4. he loves cricket and soccer
5. he loves to look at scandily clad girls
6. he would never remember dates
7. he would seldom call you and never be there on time for a date
8. he would almost always carry a messy look
9. he would buy tickets to an action rather than a romantic movie
what you are asking for, if all of it is in a man then he would actually be a woman ...

Ok, point taken.
It's nice to know the guy point of view. :)
But I do know some guys who actually satisfy some of the qualities aforementioned.

soulsister, i totally disagree with you. you are a lady, you don't know what we guys like. do you know that if a guy calls a girl more that two times in a week, she will hate him? do you know the power of attraction? Do you know that when you pusue somebody he or she will run from you? the same thing happens when a guy calls a girl frequently, she will run from him. but when you didn't call, meee..n, she will run after you. If a guy wants a girl to love and want him the most let him tease the girl, even if the hair style is looking good tell her that it is urgly, she will die for the guy. if you want more tips let me know.

I think to a certain extent soulsister is right.
I'm a guy, too. I call my girlfriend several times a day and she loves it. Some of her friends are even envious of her. I always tell her if I like her hair or her dress or whatever, and I always get rewarded for it. ;)

Hi soulsister. Well I'm pretty lucky with my man - he is pretty much my ideal! He is very good to me, and we've been together for 20 years now. So I would say what a girl wants - or at least what I want is:-
- a guy who is kind and gentle
- a guy who makes me laugh and shares my sense of humour
- a guy who respects my independance and doesn't want to "own" me
- a guy who brings me flowers for no reason
- a guy who shares my love of animals and nature
- a guy who is passionate and knows how to please me:-))

OK i will give my suggestion...
may be a guy only like...to girls inner beauty.. but i think a guy love at the first saight with a girls becouse outher beauty.. may be, she beautifull ...smart ...etc.
