Poop bags and bins in the park

Yesterday morning I took my daughter and my dog for a walk down the park near our house. Whilst I was there, my dog did his business, and I scooped it up. But I wish I hadn't. There was not a single bin (or any more poop bags) anywhere in the park. So I had to carry this bag of poop around the park for 30 mins while we finished our walk, and then all the way home. Don't you think that is ridiculous? No wonder no one around here scoops up the poop, and there is litter everywhere. I think I'm going to have to get onto my council, I think that is just really wrong.
