Okay, so like, where is my invitation? I have always wanted to have a salad party for lunch in the summer. I would want chicken salad, tuna salad, shrimp and crab salad For those who like it, it don't). I would want potato salad, macaroni salad, toss salad, and cole slow. I would want fruit salad, ambrosia, carrot salad, and any other kind of salad. If it were supper, I don't know, maybe some pork chops, fried chicken or a roast. Okay, this topic is making me hungry, peace out.

It's time for me to go to bed and I'm getting hungry thinking about all this food. I am going to eat an apple for a late night snack before I go to bed tonight to get my mind off of food.

If I cooked, now that depends, perhaps some lasagna, perhaps some soul food(mac and cheese, chicken, veggie, salad, pastry); it depends on what's going on and folks I'm dealing with.

I am vegetarian and teetotaler. The special vegetarian dishes are prepared and a good dessert fruit salad with ice cream or some such thing. Though my friends eat non-vegetarian, I do not prepare any non-veg. I just check up what vegetarian food they like and accordingly it is prepared.

Well, it will be whatever is in the fridge. Unless I know about it before hand then maybe I can plan it right.

If I advanced notice and have time to plan it, I would probably do just as you say only something else for dessert. I love cheesecake but don't know how to make it. Without advanced notice it would be chicken which I always have in the freezer and whatever else I could throw together.

It depends on how many are coming. If it's just one or two, I like to make grilled chicken tacos. If it's more than two, I will grill hamburgers and hotdogs, maybe some chicken. I will make some macaroni salad and cole slaw and have some chopped vegetables with ranch dip. Probably a lemonade pie or something similar.
