Do you advertize what sites are best?

What do you think the best advertizing click site or paid to read site is out there? I want to advertize my sites but don't know what the best site is. Which sites do you suggest? Are some sites better for some things over the other sites?

I am not a memeber of too many sites as My Lot takes up so much of my time , I would get really flustered if I had too many , I do quite a few survey sites though , I get through them first then straight in here to see how all my nice friends are doing xxxx
