Do you like the taste of soya products, specifically soya milk? I have recently made a switch from cows milk to soya milk. I have discovered that it tastes really good. My husband, though doesn't like the taste. Well, he doesn't drink milk anyways so I guess any kind of milk doesn't appeal to him. What's more, I found out it is very halthy. It claims to reduce the risk of heart disease, lowers risk of developing cancer, decreases cholesterol, alleviates the effects of menopause, controls diabetes, prevents osteoporosis, boosts energy, ideal for lactose intolerant and reduces gall bladder stones. Wow, so yummy tasting and loads of good nutrients as well. How about you, do you like its taste or you don't find it tasty? Please share. Thanks in advance.

Oh yes...I love Soya Milk too. I have Vanilla every morning over my cereal and it tastes great. I also like chocolate or strawberry and like to add a protien powder to those flavors for a pick me up mid afternoon and about an hour before I exercise. It is easy to digest and I find it helps to keep my blood sugar balanced. Sometimes if I am hungry in the evening but do not want to eat too late a glass of Soya Milk takes the edge of my appetite..and helps me sleep. So yes, sireee...I love my Soy Milk..morning, noon and evening.

LOL(: Thanks for sharing Perspectives. You just gave me an idea, I'd try to drink my soya milk before bedtime. Sometimes, I would be a little hungry before bedtime and don't wanna eat anymore as I'd hate to gain weight while eating late..

I like soya milk as it’s quite tasty. People here like to take hot soya milk together with fried flour rolls (youzhagui). It’s really delicious and is normally taken as breakfast. It’s interesting to learn that soya milk could be mixed with cow milk to turn into a wonderful and tasty beverage. I never try this before and I would try it later on to experience the real taste. I had learnt from the report in a magazine that male take too much soya products could made him sterilized lol

Oh you make me hungry. Just explaining to me those fried rolls make me hungry!LOL Oh,I'm sorry, I think I didn't make myself clear? I meant I replaced my cows milk to soya now. So I no longer drink cows milk. That's very interesting to learn that too much soya on a man's diet can sterilize him. It's a good thing my husband doesnt't like soya!lol Thanks for sharing, Ikbooi(:

Yes, I love the taste of soya drink. I enjoy the plain type of it as well as the strawberry and banana flavors. I sometimes make a hot chocolate by placing a cup of soya drink in my microwave for a couple of minutes. Then I add chocolate powder to make quite a delicious drink. Soya deserts are also very tasty. I like the wild berry flavor most of all. Many people are lactose intolerant or even allergic to cows milk. It can cause sneezing, a blocked up nose, runny eyes and a horrible sort of snotty feeling in the throat. I think goats milk is better to drink than cows milk. But soya drink is the best type of milk of all. You are right about it being so healthy.

That's a nice idea, on putting chocolate powder in soya milk. I just might try that. I have also tried goats milk and I do agree it tastes better than cow's milk. Yeah, soya is great and also because of its health goodness it gives to our body. Thanks.

Yes, I like it. It's a very common drink here. Even we can make it at home. The soya milk making machine isn't very expensive. Soya milk is a very healthy drink.
