How can We make money by showing Videos ?

I have heard that some ppl have been making some GOOD money showing videos on their site. I don't have much info on it. So i would like to know a few things :
1. What exactly we r suppose to do - the step by step procedure?
2. Do w have to make our own videos, or we can also show videos for eg from youtube and get paid for it at per view for it
3. Which are the sites from where we can do this?
I have heard a few ppl making a few thousand bucks by showing them , I am not sure how what exactly they r doing, so in case anyone is aware of it, ps let me know the details f the same.

Well, I think one can make money that wy, but I also believe that there is much more to it then 'just showing vids'. That might be a marketing gimmick to bring u in, n then probably there r lot of other things involved then merely showing vids n making thousands of bucks, but i have heard that for more than a few times, so i am just curious to know abt it .. After all youtube makes billions showing vids ,, hehe :D

Thousand of bucks is one of those things that is too good to be true, those people also try to sell the Brooklyn bridge. I only know of one site and you won't get rich there, just like you won't get rich here. It pays at a low rate per view and is fairly new so the track record is not there. But it is simple to do. You find Youtube vids you like and put the embed code at this site, along with a title and descripion that can be the Youtube one or one of your own and you can upload an image to be a thumbnail to represent the vid in the site's public area which is where you get some of your views. You can get views also by posting your own link at places you choose. They pay by Paypal like here.
