the best way to be healthy.....???

well iam hearing of various articles , programmmes, talk on health. i am really confused as to which is the real best thing to follow in oirder to remain healthy . i have heard of yoga, following diets, exercising, remaining happy , good sleep, disciplined in eating habits, ....etc.....all these put together will actually make us remain healthy . but does anybody really think that it is possible for some1 to really follow all these and be healthy . our life style is so designed that we can heardly folllow all these and have a good healthy body . if we have got to follow proper diet then we will have to sacrifice eating tasty foods. i feel we should live like a saint the whole day , not living as per our desires , if we want a healthy body .....not only healthy body ...but healthy life as a whole....

The basic rule is:eat less{preferly healthy},excercise more,drink lots of water.Fruits,veggies,fiber are tops.Most fruits and veggies are spray these days,destroying vital nutrients.So take good supplements.And remember,elimination is the key.

it is soo bad that these days , we cant even rely on fruits and vegetables as they have harmful chemical substance in them. it is really a pity .
