My Child Got Fits

I am dilip Nair here.i hav 3 years old child (female).at the age of 2 she got fits.at present she is getting frequently fits.some times small jerk.somt time long jerking with voice.she is under treatment now.medicines are VALPARIN,TOPOMAC,LONAZEP.from last 6 months she is getting same thing.not yet contrroled.what we shd for this. is thr any other medicine to stop this.her mently phisicly devlpment also slow.
