Suicide: What motivates it?

I’m not there- Never been close- I don’t think the people that have never decided to try or have really even thought about it- can answer this- I swear – something must just snap inside of your head- and that’s it- you do it- no second thoughts- otherwise you would tell someone and hopefully get help from feeling this way! Just my opinion!
