How can I insert pictures into Wordpress?

I am using wordpress.com. I was wondering how I can put pictures in to make it look good. I usually blog in blogger and if you put a picture in the center it goes in the center. And if I put more than one pic on the post it messes up. How can I fix that?

OMG that is cool. But I never get the picture to come up...only the html for it...weird!

Are you saying that this is still happening after following the article I posted? If so, make sure that you're typing the HTML in while you're in the "Code" editor rather than the "Visual" editor.
