What are your favorite fruits?

Hello mylotters,I like all sorts of fruits and I eat them regularly. My favorites are bananas, mango, pineapple, orange, apple. Eating fruits is healthy and its fibers helps our clean digestive system. Aside from that it may help also in lowering heart disease because this fruits tend to be lower in calories and are mostly carbohydrate so it helps to reduce and maintain our weight. There are so many kinds of fruit, what do you like and your favorite?

My favorite fruit is jackfruit. It is only found in tropical country like mine. The fruit has rough skin and it is very huge in size. The fruit is yellow in color. The taste is very sweet. The texture is chunky and doesn't have a lot of juice. It can be eaten with ice cream, made into dried fruit, canned or turned into juice. Very flexible fruit and very nice to eat. I hope you know this fruit.

Especially banana or plantain fruit is levelling calories and satisfied intake for stomach. Also it flushes regularly and it stops heavy urine output. The banana skin also stops little bit of vomitting. It makes briskey for onehour or more by intaking one or two bananas.

yes i agree, i love eating vegetables one of my favorite is banana, all fruits contain, good source of fiber, potassium,can give also Vitamin A,C and folate. Apples, is help to reduce the risk of cancers and water melon.

Hi, me too, I like different kinds of fruits and I eat them as often as i can. I love apple and oranges, specially the riped sweet ones. I also like watermelons, pineapple, bannana in my hometown we have lots of fruits available daily. We have trees where we can pick fresh green mangoes. :-)

I love fruit, some of my favorites are kiwi, oranges, banana, watermelon, ugli fruit, strawberries, blue berries, tangerines, mango, apples, pears, peaches... Tomato is also a fruit, and I like that as well. with strawberries I do like them plain but I also like to make them into strawberry shortcake.. that is really good. one thing I never really liked was raspberries.. thats about the only fruit that I dont like..

I love apricots, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, oranges, and bananas, and cherries. I also love grapes, and other fruit, but am not that fond of pears. The reason I love fruit is because they are so sweet and juicy, not too sweet and not too sour, just right. I have also had kiwi fruit, and mangos, but not that often to make a judgment on whether they are included in my best fruit of all time and there are some I may have had which I cannot recall because it was just one time. Anyway, I eat fruit because I love them and the health value is a secondary and pleasant surprise. You see, I am not a person who looks at something and says "AH this contains -=--fibre, =====vitamin a, b,c, ==is recommended to lower heart disease." The only time is when I am looking at a package that gives nutritional value. This is what most Canadians and Americans do.

Though durian is considered to be the fruit that contains much sugar and higher cholesterol I still insist to take it during the seasonal fruit season. We could see lots of durian by the roadside in heaps. We also could get the unique strong aromatic fragrance of durian during the local fruit season. I like to taste the creamy yellowish fruit using my hand. We could get the real fascinating taste when the fruit is freshly opened and to eat by hand.
