Back to School! Are your kids ready?

Today is the first day of school for my kids. They eagerly awoke this morning ready to go, but I figure tomorrow morning will be the old routine where no one wants to get up and get going. Are your kids ready to go back to school? I remember when we never went back until Sept. Now they only get a little over 9 weeks off. We bought the school supplies on the list given, but of course, when you get to the teachers room, she will have another list of what she wants for her class. Good luck to all the parents with their school shopping!

Yes I've got all the supplies and clothes ready. The girls are ready as well. I how ever am not, lol. I get to go back with them since I run a reading program for struggling readers. I could so use a couple of more weeks off.

I could have used a few more weeks also. It didn't feel like I got to do much with the kids this summer. But on the other hand, I'm ready to have the house to myself for few hours also!
