Do you find yourself wrestling with a forgotten name ten seconds after an introduction? A person's name is the sweetest and most important sound. It is often the ticket to a friendship, a closed deal or a new partnership, and it generates instant good will in a way no other curtesy can. But i usually forgot the names after introducing that i need to ask other person if what is it again.
