Aside from studying how to learn english, applying them in actual conversation helps alot in learning the language. 
You can use instant messaging systems and you might get a chance to befriend english speaking people and with them, you can practice your english speaking skills (^_^ )

reading can help you learn english well. also try to apply what you've learned from english like using the language from time to time. in our company which is a call center we imply the english only policy - which means we can't speak other language besides english. also visit this sites:
