Browser

I know that i won't be of much help but I thought that I would let you know that you are not alone. This happened to me until I finally started using my old browser(Internet Explorer). I figure that it is a glitch with their system and I have heard a lot of people complaining about this problem. If I were you , I would switch for a little while until they have the problem fixed. My problem was that I kept getting errors, and a message asking me to send the information to them. I did all of this and the problem was still there. I also had a problem with the page loading slowely and freezing up on me. I hope that the problem is fixed soon so that we can get the most out of using them.
